Gracie LeMaster, a young widow and mother, moved back to Farmwell Valley, to the house where she was raised, to heal and take care of the "fruit" Grammy left in her care. However, returning to Apple Muffin Cottage has brought her unexpected challenges and raised many questions.

Could she have come in contact with her long-lost mother for the first time in thirty-two years? Why is the interim pastor at her church avoiding her at every turn?
